Member is responsible for any additional service work provided outside the scope of the Big Ed VIP Plan.
Dues will be AUTOMATICALLY billed
and collected by debit/credit card, once every month. After the contracted period ends, membership will renew month to month unless cancelled by either party in writing within 14 days of the next renewal date. Members shall have a right to cancel their membership with a cancellation fee of $175 or months left on contract, whichever is less.
Cancellation must be made in writing by
1. Mailing request to 5141 N. Casa Grande Hwy, Tucson, AZ 85743, or 2. Sending email to memberships@cummingsplumbing.com. If the membership is canceled early, all discounts received for work performed will be due and payable along with the cancellation fee.
Member account must be current in order to
receive VIP discounts. No portion of this contract is refundable due to non-performance. In the event a suit shall be brought forth for the collection hereof, or the same must be collected by any attorney, or collection service, the buyer agrees to pay reasonable attorney’s fees or collection costs for making said collection.
